SJ Series Single Screw Plastic Extruder is plastic extrusion-type machine. Changing the type of the head (necking die, mandrel) according to the auxiliary machine, the machine can make soft and hard polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, etc into pipes, bars, belt, blown film, wire drawing, bottle blow, electric wires, cables, insulation layers.

1.It adopted frequency controlled motor speed energy-saving motor which is a kind of AC constant changing speed motor. It achieved promise speed whose advantages are wide range of speed, electricity saving, small controlled power, good starting performance, big moment, etc through frequency converters.
2.With high hardness reduction gear box, the machine is reliable in transmission, easy to maintain and suitable for long time working.
3.Plasticizing screw has reasonable design. The materials are not easy to break down even in high-speed state. This screw can accelerate the melting of the materials and reduce the pressure fluctuation and assured the high yield.
4.KTV bushing block was installed in the feeding zone of the hopper room so the transfer rate of the particles gets faster which assured the stable performance of the extruder.
5.Dual-channel temperature automatic controller was installed so there is small temperature fluctuation when heating. Choose the ideal heating temperature according to different plastic processing and the head and the extruder barrel temperature can be automatically controlled.
6.The cooling fan connected directly with the heating ring, so the cooling effect of extruder barrel gets improved.
